  • Choosing to seek counseling is a brave step. It's understandable to feel uncertain about starting therapy and meeting a new therapist. Therapy can involve exploring difficult experiences, but I want you to feel empowered and comfortable as we work together to help you better understand yourself and your needs. This is a collaborative journey, and I value your questions and feedback to ensure I'm providing the support you need.

  • Click any Let’s Get Started button or Contact on the bottom of the page. You’ll be redirected to fill out a contact form. Once I receive your form, I’ll reach out to schedule a 15 consultation call to discuss your needs and determine if I’m a good fit for you!
