You’ve realized your focus hasn’t really been on you recently or maybe in a while — leaving you feeling agitated, disconnected and lost

until now. You’re ready to take space just for you.

You’re awesome for showing up today. I’m Kelsey Mizell and I’m here to help women and moms like you truly thrive in motherhood.

A little bit about me? Well, I'm a licensed therapist providing services throughout Georgia & Florida. I'm also a mom to a 5-year-old (and two dogs!). So believe me, I get it. Being a mom, just being a person, it's hard sometimes (okay, a lot of the time). I've been there – feeling like parts of yourself get lost, and then new, unexpected parts show up out of nowhere. But I can tell you from experience, it gets better with support. It gets better by taking time for you.

And when I'm not working with amazing women like you? You'll find me drinking too much coffee, rewatching my favorite shows, sneaking in a nap, spending time outside, and enjoying good food with family and friends.

How I’ll help you:

I believe in the power of deep, consistent work to facilitate true healing and transformation. In our sessions, we'll delve into your experiences as a woman and mother, exploring the challenges and moments of growth unique to this journey. We'll work collaboratively and compassionately, honoring your pace and needs every step of the way.

My approach integrates a variety of therapeutic perspectives, including Self-Compassion, Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and Brainspotting. These frameworks, combined with my interpersonal approach, will help you:

  • Gain deeper awareness of your feelings and needs.

  • Explore your different roles and identities.

  • Understand how your experiences impact you and your relationships.

  • Cultivate self-compassion and build stronger connections with yourself and others.

To support this in-depth work, I prioritize clients who can commit to regular weekly or bi-weekly sessions. This consistency allows us to create a safe and supportive space for exploration and growth, ultimately helping you feel more like the "you" you want to be.
